Our Favorite Caches

We always discuss which of the caches we have found were our favorites, and below is a list of caches that stick out in our minds. It is definitely hard to single some out, as there are a lot of great ones! These are the ones that came to mind when thinking of a great cache hunt. (In no particular order) (Clicking will open the link in a new window)

Ms. Weigand's Bitter Divorce - We had a lot of fun on this hunt. A short walk to the cache, but yet, once your there, have a nice swim!

Chestnut’s Treasure - On top of Chestnut Mountian near Galena Illinois. Quite a tough cache with the ups and downs, but this cache provides awesome views of the Mississippi River from a scenic overlook.

Hard as Pi - A great Level 5 Multi with a truly great hiding spot on the 3rd stage.

The entire Cacheopoly series - Some great hiding spots and a true level 4 terrain on part four made this one a memorable hunt. Parts 4 and 7 were particular favorites.

The Lord of the Rings Series - Greenback set up this great cache series in a nice preserve. Greenbacks Two Towers series is also a lot of fun.

Find One, Get One Free - Hidden exactly the way one of ours is, it took us almost an hour to find it. We got stumped by our own cache design!

Falling Down Prairie - The neat part of this cache is the tucked away area that it was located in.

Fallen Faerys First Cache - Our log speaks for itself

Liberal Arts - Another fun level 5 Cache.

Pontifex - I love puzzle caches. This one is wonderful.

A Superior Cache - Need a 4x4 vehicle for this one.

A Berry Nice View - We saw a Bear on the way in to this one.

Pops Cache - Excellent cache placed in honor of their Father.

Between Winter and Summer - A great Greenback cache. At the time of year we went, the final location was a beautiful area.
